Presley hit .333 (30-for-90) with 13 runs scored, four doubles, one triple, three home runs, 12 RBI and five stolen bases during the first month of the 2011 season. The outfielder was also the only Indians player to play in all 24 of the Tribe's contests, finishing the month with a team-high total in runs, hits, RBI and total bases.
The left handed slugger reach base safely via a hit or walk in 20 of his 24 games played in April and recorded at least one hit on 19 different occasions. Presley also posted two seven-game hitting streaks during the month, including one to begin the season (April 7-13) where he hit .483 (14-for-29) with six runs, one home run, four RBI and two stolen bases as well as one at the end of month (April 22-29) where he posted a .409 batting average (9-for-22) with four runs, two home runs, five RBI and three stolen bases.
The Indians outfielder also led the team and ranked among the International League's best with nine multi-hit games in April, while also pacing the Tribe with five multi-RBI efforts during the month. Overall, Presley finished with the fifth most hits and seventh best batting average in the IL over the first month of the season.
