Jose Ortega allowed three earned runs in the top of the 19th, and a Toledo rally fell short in the bottom frame. John Lindsey wen 5-for-7 with two home runs, a double, six RBIs and two runs scored. Brooks Brown gave up three earned runs in five innings in the start, and a total of eight relievers were used. Rochester scored three in the eighth to tie the game and one in the ninth to again tie the game. Jamie Johnson went 4-for-8 with two walks, a triple, an RBI and two runs scored.

James Avery allowed seven runs (six earned) over two innings in the start and recorded the loss. Kelvin De La Cruz gave up three earned runs in two innings of relief. Avisail Garcia and Niuman Romero each went 2-for-4with a double and an RBI.

Wade Gaynor singled home Marcus Lemon in the bottom of the 10th for a walk-off win. Gaynor went 1-for-4, while Lemon went 1-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. Daniel Schlereth allowed one hit in one inning in the start. Shawn Teufel gave up three earned runs over six innings of relief, but Matt Crouse picked up the win, pitching the last 1 2/3 scoreless innings. Hernan Perez went 3-for-3 with a double and a run scored.
