Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Jason Bay understands the frustration of the fans after the Pirates disappointing 3-8 start. In a conversation earlier this week he cautioned that it is too early to give up on this team and the season. Pittsburgh opens a three game home series against the Cubs on Friday night.
