Pittsburgh outfielder Jason Bay has been on a roller coaster this season at the plate. In April he hit .277, in May he was the National League player of the month batting .321 with 12 home runs and 35 RBI. He tailed off in June hitting .248, but is showing signs of coming alive in July, batting .342.
