Nady Hopes Accountability Translates To Wins

Pirates'outfielder Xavier Nady is coming off a strong season in 2007. The 27-year old posted a .278 batting average with 20 home runs and 72 RBI. He was slowed by injury and limited to 125 games.He likes the new atitude that manager John Russell has brought to the Pirates. PiratesDugout.com's George Von Benko spoke with Nady.

GVB-- What was the offseason like for you and how are you feeling pysically? XN-- It's been good - I did my normal workout thing and tried to work on some hamstring stuff and strengthen it and some running and hopefully put that behind me.
