Jim Negrych was acquired in the 6th round of the 2006 draft. The 23-year Pitt product is playing third base at Class A Lynchburg. After battling injuries the past two seasons Negrych is off to a great start - entering play on Saturday he is hitting .390 with one home run and 24 RBI.
