Durham is the first Crawdad to earn the honor in 2008, the same week he will represent the Northern Division as one of three Hickory all-stars in the SAL's mid-showdown.
For the week, Durham notched five multi-hit games in six days. The first baseman finished the week going 4-for-8 in a three-game series against Asheville, including a double, two home runs and five RBIs. Durham hit over .300 in both April and May but is hitting .426 with nine doubles and three home runs in 14 games for Hickory.
Durham has enjoyed one of his hottest runs of the season in his last 20 games, compiling 30 hits, 11 2B, 5 HR, 18 RBI, 15 runs.
At the first-half break, Durham leads Hickory in batting average, home runs, RBIs, runs, hits, on-base percentage and slugging percentage.
