The Pirates made the following 12 roster cuts on Monday morning: Optioned to Indianapolis (AAA) - Dave Davidson (LHP), Luis Munoz (RHP), Romulo Sanchez (RHP) Optioned to Altoona (AA) - Jimmy Barthmaier (RHP), Ronald Belisario (RHP), Yoslan Herrera (RHP) Optioned to Lynchburg (A) - Olivo Astacio (RHP) Reassigned to minor league camp - Adam Bernero (RHP), Jesse Chavez (RHP), Daniel Moskos (LHP), Miguel Perez (C), Jose Macias (INF/OF) With these 12 cuts, the current spring training roster stands at 51 players (27 pitchers, 4 catchers, 12 infielders and 8 outfielders).
