Joe Kerrigan takes over as Pirates pitching coach this season and inherits a staff that had a 5.08 ERA last season, highest in the NL by a team other than the Colorado Rockies since Cincinnati came in at 5.19 in 2004. PiratesDugout.com’s George Von Benko caught up with Kerrigan recently.
