Matt Hague was selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the ninth round of the 2008 amateur entry Draft. He batted a combined .322 with six home runs and 32 RBI at State College and Hickory last season. The third baseman is seeing most of his action at Lynchburg at first base and is batting .269 with no home runs and nine RBI. PiratesDugout.com’s George Von Benko spoke with Hague recently.
