Daniel McCutchen was acquired from the New York Yankees in last year’s trade involving Xavier Nady and Damaso Marte. McCutchen, a 26-year-old right-hander is the winningest pitcher at any level of the Pirates' organization, 13-6 with a 3.36 ERA, and was just named International League pitcher of the week. PiratesDugout.com’s George Von Benko caught up with McCutchen recently.
