| Gonzalez had a perfect season as Pittsburgh's closer in 2006, saving all 24 of his save chances. The Braves got him from the Pirates in January for first baseman Adam LaRoche. Gonzalez will setup Braves' closer Bob Wickman in 2007, and he should get some save chances himself. |
