2008 Season
Wallace described as a pure hitter by Scouts, is the real deal. He hit a combined .337 between Quad Cities (41 games) and Springfield (13 games) with eight home runs and 36 RBIs. Brett played for the Peoria Saguaros in the Arizona Fall League after the end of the Springfield Cardinals season.

Career Notes
With nothing to prove at A-ball, the Cardinals promoted Wallace from the Quad Cities River Bandits to the Springfield Cardinals, bypassing Class-A Advanced Palm Beach entirely.
